I really don't think that is a FW crab

it was that the city aquarium under freshwater with no tag so i was jw what it could be?

it might be a mistake in labeling..... just looking at the tank rocks and crushed coral substrate (which the exception would be an african cichlid tank) hints that it would be SW. i would be pretty positive that is a spider crab

Looks very much like a saltwater spider crab.I've kept them before,very active.
