Help ID this fish

My friend saw this fish at a local retirement place and couldn't tell what he is. I could tell either. He couldn't send me the picture by phone so I took a picture of his phone. What is he?

It doesn't have a red tail and looks way too large for Epalzeorhynchos bicolor.

Oh this tank is ran by the Lfs for the elders. So they did do research. I believe this tank is a 150gal. I just didn't know the fish.

I heard this shark is really old too. But definitely a black shark.

Black Shark....nice to see these guys still in aquarium trade....hasn't seen one for many years.

My lfs has them in by the dozen for $8.99 a pop. Its just the area you're in probably.
