Yes probably one of the genus Crenicichla.
Here are a couple to compare.

Above Crenicichla saxatillis Uruguay
and below Crenicichla species belly crawler

They will eat any fish that remotely fits in their mouth.

Definitely part of the saxatilis family, but this pike family is huge. You would need to know the catch location to narrow it down to a specific pike in the saxatilis family.
