help ID this illness

Hi...as shown in the picture my fish got this stuck in it body... funny thing is that only this guy got it.... any idea what is it??how to cure??

It like some kind of white slime stuck on top of the body....

Or it could be body fungus, if so a treatment with a mix of Maracyn and Maracyn 2 should clear it up.
