I got a frontosa with a big white spot on its right flank , there is sticking something out of it. What is it and how can I treat it and is deadly ?

The pic is a bit blurry, so it's really impossible to see the details of the granuloma/growth.
Lymphocystis sometimes presents like that, and that condition is viral, so like the common cold, there is nothing to do but provide good water and lack of stress.
But its impossible to tell for sure, again, not enough detail in the pic.

^ agreed need a much better picture to even begin to help you. In addition to a better pic give us your water perameters too.

Tried to catch it for a good pic but its hard because hes hiding a lot
When i got a good picture i will let u know

It's almost disappeared today , seems to be almost gone . So should I be worried or is it a good thing ?

Lymphocystis (if that's what it was), is often like that, there one minute and gone the next) especially when water changes are stepped up.
Many of the diseases of fish are self limiting, meaning if given good water quality and a stress free environment, the fishes own immune system will take care of problems.
If you keep up water changes, and don't add other aggressive, or sick fish, there should be no worries.
