It looks like just a scrape. My oscars get that sometimes when they bump against my driftwood. Don't worry. It should heal with time. Just keep an eye out for infections. The Doctor.

Do daily water changes for a week until the wounds heal. If you have sharp rocks, then please remove them immediately and do not use them again. Should fungal infections develop, treat with Jungle Fungus Eliminator. No need to add salt as the med itself has heavy salt content.
