I was going to say barnicle, then I watched the video... my best guess is some type of tunicate (aka sea squirts), harmless.
 
Thank you I'll try researching them. We're a bit nervous because you can look straight through the hole quite a bit meaning our zoas are actually growing ON this living "thing"..
