looks like p. motaguense to me, fredriechs are usually yellower,loeseilli have less silver speckling & more purple. there is no real way to tell unless you know the area the wild caught stock came from.
That is a Parachromis friedrichsthali. Loiselle don't have the heavy barred pattern. Also the Loiselle will have an edge to the blotching on the operculum. We caught several dozen F0 Loiselle in Honduras in April. The large males looked they were painted with a banana. Diet plays an important role in how colored up they will ultimately become.
