Help identify this cichlid please

The guy I got it from said it was a red mota. But it dont really look like one to me thank you

At a young age it is sometimes hard to tell motaguense from a few others of that Parachromis group, but it has many of the RTM traits, the color doesn't show up right away.
Here is one of my juvies

Oo okay thank you. That top pictured turned out to be a female? Yeah this fish seems to have some of the traits as a RTM the tear drop etc

Looks like a rtm to me. I had one that looked similar but the colors were wild at that size.

Yep, looks like its shaping up yo be a nice female motaguense
