You can get some black belts that don´t have the black belt itself, but I´m not sure what that fish is, I thought maybe Zonatus but after looking at pictures im not entirely sure.

The name of the fish would be "Vieja ******" so if you type in Vieja Cichlid, or research the different types of Vieja species then you might be able to find an ID for yourself? either that or just wait for someone to chime in. I know how hard it can be to identify Vieja, I had one years ago that I only got an ID on 2 years after I already sold it!

if you could get a directly side on picture it should show the colours in the body and fins which would be a great indicator of species.

Turning your flash off will also produce a much better picture of a fish in a aquarium. With the flash off you dont get as much glare.

ya we tried to take flash off but then it got really blury

I have the same problem so I just cover the flash with my hand and it works great. Also I find if you angle the camera away from the glass you dont get glare.

Possibly a male Vieja breidohri, just washed out from substrate, stress or poor food/water quality (not saying yours is, just saying those are what could make him that way.)

Heres one of Mo's:
