Are the cloudy spots taking on an oatmeal or pasty appearance? Are there short threads coming off the patches? Any ulcerations? If so, you may be having a run of columnaris attacking the fish. Is the fish displaying labored breathing? Columnaris is seen on the body as a fungus but, it also attacks the gills.
IF you think columnaris is the culprit, here's a regimen to follow that has worked for many different species of fish:

just cloudy spots . no threads like parisite so i am wondering if its fungus cause i do have fungus eliminater.

Costia can also cause whitish cloudy patches that sometimes slough off causing sores, luckily the acrifavine treatment for columnaris also cures costia.
