Help Identifying Shovenose cat.

I just picked up another cat last night a shovelnose. Is it Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum? I now have a 15" Redtail, a 10" Peruno and this 13" Shovelnose to add to my monster collection.

can someone give me the growth rate on a baby tsn eating shrimp

Depends on any number of factors: tank size, water quality, how crowded, etc....
I'v seen them grow to 10" in 55 gallon in 6 months, and I've seen them grow 4-5" in a 150 in 6 months, sooo..... we'll see. Doing frequent water changes definately encourages growth
