Help ID'ing this fish Red Texas???

I got this at the LFS and they had it labeled as a Red Texas. Is it just a regular Texas or? I read Red Texas don't have red eyes and this dude has red eyes...

i still think its a kool lil fish if the price wasent 2 much it might be worth growing up
a lil jus to see how it turns out....thats just me.

There's no such thing as a "pure RT", it's still a hybrid.

It could be a RD X Texas, a "project" made with some wrong info.
This is why I hate seeing people post that by crossing a RD with a Texas you get RT.

Regardless your fish looks pretty nice.
Keep us posted on how he turns out.
Would be interested in seeing if he has the "fader" gene.
