Hi can somone help identify the fish in the pics? thank you

so his not a mbuna and hes carnivore right? need alkalina and hard water? do you know whats his adult size aprx?
 
The partly transparent gill plate in combination with the full black ring around the eye says M. estherae. There is no other cichlid thats shows them togehther. So either a hybrid or esthera imho. When you compare with the lombardoi it does not show a full black ring around the eye.
The more yellow color can be caused by food without any astaxanthin.

But maybe better pictures can bring more clarity.
 
Keep in mind that red zebras are not red. At their best they are orange.
