help in identifying coral..

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Maybe star polyps. I am not to confident with that answer so compare so pictures and judge for yourself.

it looks like goniopora... lfs wont take it back either.. im going to try to find someone who can take care of it..

yep. Goniopora for sure.
Maybe G. norfolkensis, but we would need a macro of the polips to be sure. It could also be a G. stokesi, which is much more complicated to keep
In order to thrive they need turbid water and lots of zooplancton and fitoplancton to eat.
It´s important to have a DSB, refugium and low skimming and it´s a must not to have mechanical filtration

Hope this helps

thanks for the replies. i want to "get rid of it" because i dont think i can take care of it properly. still looking for someone to take it though..
