help in need, datnoid lost balance

hi guys, my datnoid is dying
he lost balance and turning up side down and swim side way
he haven't eat for three days, but that is fine
all the condition, water, temperature, ph everything is ok
just want to know what happen to him.
all advices are welcome and thanks to all
