I have seen a lot of rays over the years, but I have never seen one that looked like that. That is a great looking fish.

Judging from the tail and the head structure, I am going with a variant of yepezi (nicely patterned).

i have looked at rays and really do not know one from the other.. but when i saw this one i flipped.. love his eyes and pattern.. just a beauty

100% hummarosa, seen em come in like that many times. not as nice as yours though.
