HELP!! injury or sickness

please help me help my midas I’m not sure if this is a result of bullying or if this could be illness /disease related. What should I do if it is a disease and what is it

How long has it been like this? When did u notice...and how long did it take to get this big? Post ur water parameters. I’d move the fish to another tank and treat with some topical methylene blue to the area. Salt to the tank at 1 tsp per g. Monitor for now.
