I was transferring him from the 100 to the 300, right as i was about to put him in the tank he flap out the net, landed on the top of the tank, and then SPLAT!!!!! 6 feet down onto a hard wood floor. he flap around a little more until i was able to get him back into the water now he just sits on the bottom and looks as though he is breathing heavy. Here is a vid what do you guys think? and what is up with that twitch he does? is that a bad sign?[YT]<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mmZrgt4tUN0&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mmZrgt4tUN0&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>[/YT]

he seems to be ok, just very stressed. what are your water params? as long as thats ok, just add some salt and keep an eye on him and keep up on your water changes

That's normal behavior for a gar that's just jumped or done something else very stressful. I think he looks good. Just keep the water clean and add some salt.
