HELP is my motoro ray going to make it?

So what happened was that my grandmother decided to put her koi in the tank and I didn't know that koi apparently don't like rays at least that's my assumption unless that's a disease on the ray either way the koi are gone so is there a way to save him or am I going to have to arrange a funeral?
You could prob save him if you start feeding him

That looks like a heater burn.
Make sure your heater is covered.
If he is eating, I would recommend feeding him at least 3 times a day.
You could add some salt to the system to help prevent any bacterial infection. Be sure not to add any salt directly to the tank it should be dissolved before adding.

Well my heaters are at the too of the tank horizontally so he's no where near it and now it looks like his disk is curling upwards
I tried putting frozen shrimp to see if he would eat that but no luck so far. I got some melafix and I put some sea salt in the tank as well so how long do you think it'll Take to heal or is it even going to heal or am I just wasting my time?
