he's not eat for 5 days...n looks so pale , i gave some blitz icht into my water
do i need some water change on my tank every day? or what else should i do?

Looks like ich to me. Heat and salt works for most fish I'm sure someone has more p bass specic advice to offer.

Raise the water temp to 86F plus, add salt and do regular water changes.

I would raise to 88-90f add lots of air, and add aquarium salt. Worked great for my pbass ich in the past.
