Help!! Is this a parasite?

Just saw this on the tail of my aro.. Is this a parasite? It looks like a blister..? What kind of treatment do I need? Just did a 25% water change.

Are you referring to the small dots in the middle? my SA has the same as well but is doing well if it is you're referring to...

No, there's a red spot on its tail.. I did a water change and added salt to the tank and raised the temp to 83-84. Hopefully it goes away in a few days.. Or at least show some improvement.
