Help, is this egg sac or diaria

My aro has been acting strange lately, ever since i replaced the deco and put a driftwood, he stopped eating ... almost a week now... anyways, i thought it was caused by change of environment, but i also did notice that his stool looks weird, it looks like some kind of white sack. here is one stuck in his butt. any thoughts ?

16 inch aro in 125g. 40 percent waterchange weekly...

his main diet is mostly hikari floating sticks, with occational krill and silversides.
no feeders...

hmmm my FH had the same issue albeit much worse but frequent water changes and medication helped.

never had it for my aro so really cant comment

Normally if it's protruding anus, the area can be reddish and swollen. Just starve the fish out a bit, keep good water parameters. You add a little epson salt if you wish.

i dont think its protruding anus, the thing sticking out is actually poop. the anus area us not swollen at all.

the poop that came out looks like sum kind of sac...
