Help! Is this worm dangerous to my tank?

No idea what this is... was afraid to put it in my tank. a little help please...

whf is it, the white thing? or the green thing? if ur worried then rip it off or scrub it off

it's the orange thing but it looks to be super long and under all the white crap. or it might be a couple. I didn't want to tear it out if it was beneficial as my set up is relatively new and can use all the life it can get.

maybe a bristle worm?

Does it have bristles running down its sides? If it does its a bristle worm which I have been told most types are beneficial.

Also if it has the bristles don't touch it bare handed.

Iono i cant zoom in and see it that well but it looks kind of like a peanut worm which will decimate corals.
