over the last few days i have noticed my small 6-7" Male Jag has some kind of pimple on his left beneath his mouth. can you help me find out what it is and how to treat it.

Thanks for the replies. I'm hoping its just a spot it does seem to be getting bigger fast, twice as big today as yesterday. Do yo think it would be a good idea to isolate him (i only have a 5g tank he can go in by himself). All my other fish seem fine and he is acting normal.
hard to say my jag got some things like that on her lip but they wen't away can you get a closer pic?
