Hey guys, my 3 Kelberis started showing signs of ich. Tiny bubble-like particles are showing up on their head and fins. What should I do? I dont have heater and meds available :(

You will need to use heat, salt or meds. If it's ich, the whole tank will be lost otherwise. Based on your post, you should have already started the salt treatment. Follow the instructions Tomomothy posted regarding salt. At lower temps, it will take longer, but it will eventually work.

If you post the tank temps, it will be possible to estimate how long the process will take.

If you use water changes, be sure to vacuum the bottom as the parasite will often be there. Also, be sure to replace salt removed in the water change.

Do exactly what people told you in your cichla media lounge post. 86-88F, tons of aeration, and add aquarium salt(1 tablespoon/5-10 gallons). Also do 30% waterchanges every other day.

Okay thanks guys, I already put salt, add some airstones and did 30% water change. There's methylene blue available here in our LFS will that help my cichlas? Temp is about 27-28c estimate. I already vacuumed the bottom part of the tank. Can I put hot water in the tank? I dont have any heater available :(

At 27-28 C (80-82 F), ich life cycle is perhaps 5-6 days. You'll want to use salt for at least 13 days to be sure it's eradicated. Please note:

1) follow instructions people have given you. No one suggested meds PLUS salt PLUS heat. Leave meds out of the tank if you are using salt.
2) adding hot water is not preferred over a heater. If the water is at 27-28 C without hot water, I'd leave it alone
3) starting a brand new thread isn't a good strategy for life threatening diseases since new readers don't know what was already said
4) to answer a question from your other thread: Here is a quote from post #3 in the thread below "the paroon has a wide mouth and swallows things bigger than it."

http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?283694-Paroon-shark-Tank-mates Granted yours may be a short body, but their instinct will be to swallow large prey (which you now know.)

Thanks Drstrangelove, I'm sorry I thought that starting a new thread would help me increase more help :( I'm so worried about my kelberis. I put them in a 10g quarantine tank and put "API Super Ick cure" and putting the tank beside a charcoal stove and covered them ( improvised heater )

4) I never thought my Paroon shark would eat my kelberi, He's been with me since he was about 3 inches long having no problems at all.

Some white spots on their body came off and being carried away by the bubbles inside the tank, will I remove them? They keep swimming around the tank and still eat like pigs, is that a good sign?

I think the Kelberis will be okay soon :) Thank you guys for your help! I really appreciate it. :)

Oh, if I do 100% water change on my main tank, will it remove the ich parasite attached to the bottom?

Yep losing fish has always been the worst part of fish keeping to me.

No 100% water changes will only remove ones floating in the water. Others will still be in the gravel, filter, etc. Keeping all the fish out of the main tank for long enough will however kill all the ich as they will have no food source. You'll need to keep the tank warm enough so they all go through a full life cycle while also keeping the salt levels at the amount in the instructions.
