Help!!! Lice??

Hey so I have a 29g tank with 2 blood parrots and a flowerhorn fry well I was checking the tank today and noticed tiny very tiny my camera can't pick them up what look like white spots on the tank glass the walk around and hop around the glass when anything approaches them what are they?? The flowerhorn seems to be eating them but I've never had this

could be Planaria,

If so it just means your over feeding/need to siphon gravel.
