Hmmm.. just notice A LOT of little tiny small white worms in the tank.. they are EVERYWHERE!!! what are they and how do we get rid of them? they.. And the Orinos have a white marking right across their on one of their eye.. both Orinos have it.. Are they parasites? we had turtles in the tank so i don't know and my uncle and them caught some Blue gills and through them in their as well.. so what do you guys think?

post a pic, that will help us better.

The worms and the white patch on the orino's eyes may or may not be linked. first the orinos,......... have 2 of them, just 3-4 days ago first noticed they had a white spot on one eye. it's not a white dot, it's a spot about 1/8" in diameter. I did like a 40% water change, added salt, turned up the temp to 84. params are good. it seemed to clear up the eyes but still noticable after 3-4 days but one of the bass got it on the other eye too now. did another 40% water change and added salt

about the worms, first noticed what looked like small piece of left over shrimp that had been in the water all day, then looked closer, it was actually hundreds of worms in a cluster. also see them on the bottom of tank and floating around. they are about 1/8" long. looks like small white worms. don't see any on the bass, but see a couple one of the gar. but don't know if they anchored themselves. seems like just may be caught on the gar's slime or something. when i did the water change, I syphoned up i'd say 80-90% of them. but once water settled, still can see some on the bottom of tank but no where nearly as much as before. and still see some floating around. i don't think A PICTURE would show the worms, they are too small

the little white worms could be planaria. from what ive heard/read they usually occur when there is to much uneaten food in your gravel. so might just involve a few extra water changes and cut back on the feeding

yup i was gonna say planaria too

im not familiar with your stock, but there are fish that will eat planaria

what kind of fish eat planaria?

I don't think fish do.

Cut back on your feeding, they'll die off. Do water changes as well. Vacuum the gravel.

Yep, my vote is planaria or flatworms, too. Get that gravel vaccuumed out real well and change a lot of water. If that's what they are they won't hurt the fish but they look rather disgusting and you don't want family members coming over and seeing worms crawling all over in your tank :-)
