Help! lung fish mysteriously injured. clown loach nibbling?

i have a lungfish about 16" long, yesterday i noticed he had a graze down his side and also a small cut on the top of his head. is this his tankmates (4 clown loach 2"-4" or some other illness?

is there anything in the tank he could have scratched himself on? Thats probably what happened but honestly no one can really tell you much without pics

lots of bogwood and a couple of old plant pots. happened soon after a tank rearrange. are there any skin complaints that coule look like a graze?

oh yeah tank is 36"x12"x14"
