help making glass tank

guys my tank busted few days ago
now I am going to paste again form LFS
I want to know that
1) do you keep your front glass on bottom glass or in front of bottom glass
which one is better (image untitled1)
2)do you keep your glass support strips in to the tank or above the tank

Post this in the diy section for a better responce. And tons of threads on this stuff in that forum use the " search thread " feature at the top right of that forum to finds tons of info
