help! MBU puffer skin problems won't clear!

White bumps on skin. treating for ick right now. What else can I do to clear him up?

It could be columnaris. I saw duanes post something about it and the symptoms look similar.

are we talking about the one larger white lesion or the bumps all over his skin? the bumps all over the skin are normal puffer skin.
