help me choose my next fish

I just bought a 210 gallon tank. I have an oscar, Buttikoferi, yellow lab, flowerhorn and 2 convits. they are all small and get along currently in a 135 tank but I'm trying to decide between a dovii and managuense. I'm only wanting to choose those 2 for their color and looks when they get bigger not for aggression. Thanks
 
I'd be concerned the flowerhorn and/or butti will make life rough on everyone else with your current stock. Buttikoferi get huge in captivity and unless youre lucky it will start to kill the others. Both dovii and jags are impressive cichlids but not a good fit for your tank. The jag might work but a male dovii will again want to dominate. How about keeping the Oscar and convicts and adding a jag? That may work.
 
A male Jag might work but there will be fight between Oscar vs Jag all the time, when they're get older Jag might or even kill the Oscar/Convict. Dovii has no place in your tank unless you wanted to keep a single male Dovii. As for color and body shape then Jag male look better than Dovii.
 
thanks for the input. The flowerhorn is having a rough time with the 2 female convicts. they are all the same size
 
Why must you add a dovii or a jag they are both aggressive and teritoral especially the dovii those guys are some mean bruisers. So I would stay away fro those 2 how about a nicaragua cichlid they are tough and only semi aggressive cichlids.
 
Leave the Oscar, yellow lab and convicts in the 135. Put the butti, flowerhorn and a jag in the 210
 
I'm selling the 135. If there is too much trouble I will seperate them. I have an empty 55 gallon. I am not doing this to see who is the meanest or toughest fish. I bought a big tank so hopefully they will all leave peacefully

Well if you must add either the jag or dovii, definitely go with the jag. A Dovii will eventually kill all the other fish in that small of a tank most likely.
