Help Me Decide! Please??? ^^

Okay, so I guess soon I will be receiving my 60g and the dimension is 48"Lx15"Wx20"H.

Now help me start plugging fish into my head, here's my list I want the most out of the fish.

1. Aggressive Monster!(seriously! THAT MEANS 1 PER TANK, or a pair )
2. Grows fast enough to live in there for 2-3 years top then new tank comes in(120g or 180g depends on budget).
3. Intelligent, Smart, Dog like fish.
4. Able to breed in captive.
5. Hardy fish that tolerates a lot of things(water parameter, water temp etc.)

Well, I'm not asking anyone to guess what fish I'm going to get(any fish out, fresh or salt does not matter). I'm asking you guys to help me decide what fish to put it in with those category I expected out of that fish.
I'd thought about Oscar, but its temperament does not work for me.

I wish they were legal in CA. It does not have to meet all of my requirements. As long as it comes close to it as I know there's not many fish that can hit those requirements.

What about an oscar don't you like? Some sort of big ciclid is probably your best bet.

I use to have Oscars in the past. They are nice but it doesn't meet the aggression level. So O's are kind of out of the list for me...

Red Devil ( extremely aggressive )
Green terror ( very aggressive )
Flowerhorn ( very aggressive )
ODO ( said to be most aggressive cichlid )
Buttis ( pretty aggressive )
