Help me decide

Im thinking about building a plywood pond in my rooom which is on the 2nd floor in my house. I was thinking 6x4x2. Would you trust that much weight on a second flooor? i mean the tank itself wouldnt weigh that much just the wood and tarp. But would the weight of the water be to much?

Thats 360g of water on the 2nd floor. I'd think smaller if I were you. By the time you get the tank, water, and everything else in place, you are looking at 2 tons.

BAD IDEA! You should have something that heavy on a solid slab, not on the second floor. Wayyyyyy to much weight.

Agree!! Now if its possible to put it on the first level on the slab then yeah go for it... but 2nd floor is asking for trouble.
