Hey guys I can't diagnose whatever it is ok my red sevrum. Help me out.

I can't see what's wrong with the Severum but the fish in the lower right hand corner of the pic has Ich. If that helps.

Yea I know thanks. I've already started treating with copper safe as well as aquarium salt. The temp has been raised. But there is something hanging of the sevrum.
