Ok, so a while back i saw a thread where someone was building either a full tank, or just the filter (i cant remember) but at the filter outflow, they were using some sort of flow amplifiers like a venturi of some sort. Basically, using the coanda effect (like Dysons bladeless desk fan) to increase the flow.
