Hi guy's

I went to my LFS the other day and saw a remarkable looking fish but it wasn't named in the LFS and i couldn't get chance to ask the guys who worked there as my son started to cry as he was hungary so i had to get him home,

Any way i came up with this MS PAINT sketch for you all hopefully you guys will be able to put a name/picture to it for me please.

It was about 9" long about 2.5" thick black and yellow looking fish i can't remeber details on the finage which is why it's left blank. it also had a small mouth and had a price tag of £20 i think...

This is the best i can give you all from memory, OH and it's a freshwater species.

I apologize for the crap sketch ... lol

I know wich you mean but can't figure out the name. There from SA and get to grow to a cm or 30.

Edit: Oddball

Personally I'd rather have an oscar. Leps seem semi-active but kind of vacant, not much personality. They also have the reputation of being fin and eye nippers.

But I have never kept one, this is just what I've heard :)

They look pretty cool though. Like a slender, yellow distichodus.

I have to get rid of at least one oscar and 4/5 of my silver dollars for when my new fish comes in the morning ;)
