Im picking up a custom 150g tank trimless ( which i like it)... i have a few question and also open for advise and suggestion.

does it neccessary to have center brace? just worry about tank bow.

should i remove the wood from the bottom or leave it so the tank doesnt fall apart?

If this is your tank what would you do to finish it? leave the way its and build stand and canopy for it?

thanks

Um is it glass? If so, how thick is it? My 150g tank does not have a brace, but the glass is thick enough to not have problems with it bowing... To install a brace its really easy, so if it makes you feel more comfortable, then I would..

As for the top, figure out something to over it up... If you can make stand canopy, go for it. What were you thinking to cover the top?

That a nice custom though, is it 5'x3'?

i love it make a stand and canopy to match may i ask where you got it and how much

i'll keep the cost to myself for now:D

The glass doesn't *look* thick enough to go brace-less. I'd check the dimensions and glass thickness and post them up, then we can give a better guess on whether it needs more bracing.

What are the dimensions?

demension are 60x30.5x15.
