Looks like an injury. Make sure the fish is eating. Check your water parameters to make sure that you take a cycled. Any tankmates? Also, your nitrates are below 20ppm

I have an tiger Oscar, Green Pike, a pink convict, a blue Acura, emerald green cat fish , I had an obliqu but they kill it that and my Texas disappeared…
Just did a water change and added Some Melafix and pimafix I don’t think they work at all

I’d stop dosing melafix and pimafix. I’d try adding some salt 1 tsp per g or paragaurd. Check ur water and make your water is good. How big is the tank?
