Im tired of buying feeders from my LFS. I want to breed my own. So a few questions...

1) can someone point me to a thread that give the basics of guppy breeding set up and procedure?

2) I feed one of my fish 5 guppys a day. Will i be able to sustain this feeding rate breeding my own guppys?

3) i was planning on using a UV sterolizer in the guppy tank to make me feel better about desease. Is it worth the money for one?

my mom keeps gupies all she has is a 10g tank. they are breeding machines i dont think you have to do anything special with them.

Do not breed guppies, breed Convict Cichlids..........

Convict Cichlids can breed 2-3 spawns every month, totaling 50 to almost 300 fry per spawn..........

UV sterilzers are no use on a freshwater tank.........Waste the money on a filter.............Do 50% water changes every week........

What is the minimum size tank you can breed them?
