I got him at a petland as a "lukanini"
hes getting a blueish tint to his tail its more dominant than in the photo's
hes got me a bit confused on what it is

i believed lukimini refers to mono, or sometimes ocellaris if you are lucky.

no but when a fish gets healthy, its fin sometimes has blue/greenish sheen.
