Looks like a clown pleco to me.

I'm thinking it's a juvenile L199 - Hypancistrus Furunculus

It is a Hypancistrus..... how big is it? The pictures are not the best to ID him and by the looks of it he is still very small but it is hard to tell by the pictures.

It’s pretty small, hes around 3.5cm

To me it looks like a L333..... A lot of different Hypancistrus look very similar and are hard to tell apart at this size. A picture directly from the side very well may help as it is very hard to see structure (eye size, body shape, ect) when looking at a plec at a angle. But, as he grows it will be easier to say for sure what he is...…
