help me out here will my Aro

My arrowana is about about 1 1/2 yr old, about 20 inch and he's growing in a good rate, but his gills seems unusual due to that it opens it gills and sometimes it opens WAY MORE more than usually. Anyone of you guys have a solution, I'm worried for my fish.

my fish tank is about 200 gal and ph is around 7 - 6.50 pH and temperature is about 81 F.

if its curling outwards, its gill curll, your water parameters might be off, check if your nitrates are high, is your aro breathing heavily? place airstones in the tank just in case
