Alright i got a 2 small electric blue jd's about 2 inches in length, in a 90 gallon fish tank alone. I was wondering what other ciclids could go with them in a 90 gallon. I got 2 70W heaters keeping the temp up aswell as i aquaclear 110 and a 404 fluval filter. All opions are appreciated and thanks ahead of time :)
 
red empress i think would be a good match up just make sure the cichilds are about the same size and u should be good
 
whatever you want that wont beat up your blue dempseys.. They are weak.
 
I wouldn't add any other cichlids in with your ebjds. I would go with more of a community tank route with these guys. You don't have to go with other cichlids to get a lot of color in your tank.

I would go with like a mix of rainbow fish, barbs, and tetras. I would keep it on the more peaceful side cause ebjds are really big push overs. It really doesn't take a whole lot for them to be bullied.

Whatever route you decide to go though, just make sure that the ebjds are the bosses of the tank, otherwise they probably aren't going to make.
