I'm looking at lcd flat panel tv's for my gf... i bought a 15" one from best buy for 130 but its kinda ****ty and I think I am going to bring it back. Anyway... I have narrowed down my options... which do you think is best?
A. Daewoo 17", 1280 x 1024 resolution, 450:1 contrast = $149.99
B. Megavision 17" 1280 x 1024 resolution, 500:1 contrast, 8ms resolution speed = $189.99
C. Westinghouse 19" 1440 x 900 resolution, 500:1 contrast, 8 ms resolution speed = $199.99
D. Sceptre 20" 1680 x 1050 resolution, 1,000:1 contrast, 5 ms resolution speed = $189.99 after $50 rebate
I can't decide between the Westinghouse and Sceptre. The Sceptre dominates in size, resolution, and contrast, but I am worried about the resolution speed. What exactly happens when there is a low resolution speed. Sorry for my ignorance, I am new to the whole tv talk but I would like to learn. I am really just looking for something nice for my gf's bedroom so she can watch movies and what not, w/occasional channel surfing. Thanks in advance.
