FOR GOD, HELP ME WITH THISSS !!!!

What can I do ? Temp is around 29ºC - pH 6.0

Translation:

Pic1 - Blurry Eyes.
Pic2 - Seems like warts around the eyes.
Pic3 - Little white worms in swimming and on the glass of the tank.

Aquarium salt. Bump the temp up to 85 degrees f. Treat prazi pro for worms.
