The photos aren't any help in identifying what they've got. Look up lymphocytosis and see if that's similar. It's definitely not ick.

I've seen that 1 time that wasn't ick it happened to my pacastima it was just a prob with the bacteria that covers the fish I was told it was due to its age n that it couldn't produce the bacteria it needed
