I have a mayan with beautiful color acts like male but someone told me dark spot on the dorsal fin means a female? Please help me id

Shes in with an also female paratheraps bredohri...im trying to decide which one put of the two i want to breed when i decide ill rehome the other

And they fight like cats and dogs..the paratheraps is smaller but somehow holds its own.
