Alright, I suffer from indecisiveness and since I have recently moved (went from sharing an apt. to renting my own little 1 bed + den house! woohoo!) I haven't had the time to sit down and figure out exactly what I want. I have always had this 75g tank which is why I overstocked my main tank while all the fish were young as I had always planned on thinning when they got older (I also have a handful of 20g tanks as emergency tanks on hand if needed. Basically I knew I was over stocking the 150g when the fish were 1" and always had some backups in case things didn't work out and I needed to move fish ASAP - luckily I haven't had to do that).

My tank setup is as follows - I have a 6' 150g tank and a standard 4' 75g tank. Also, any fish that don't really fit into either of these I will offer for free to the local fish club here as there are a lot of breeders in my area and I'd rather see a fish go to one of these people verse selling back to a LFS and not sure where it will end up.

Right now I have everything in the 150g while I cycle the 75g. I am using an XP3 and an AC110 on the 75g and have it currently on the 150g so after a couple of weeks I can just toss those filters on the 75g and I'm good to go. I am not running into any issues with the stock, no aggression issues, etc. Everything is perfectly healthy, eating like pigs and growing nicely.

I will put the sex (if known) on the stock list as that plays a factor in max size.

Unknown Vieja Regani
Female Nic 'macaw'
Female Salvini
Female Gold Sev
Male Stalsbergi
Male Lucius
Male Gold Saum
Female Gold Saum
Unknown Thorichthys sp. "Blue Mixteco"
Unknown Zig Zag Eel
Female BN Pleco
7 Yoyo Loaches
3 Clown Loaches

This is what I'm thinking...

150g - Regani, Stalsbergi, Lucius, Both Gold Saums, Zig Zag Eel, BN Pleco (mostly because catching her would be an all day event!), Clown Loaches (plus going out and getting 3-5 more)
75g - Salvini, Nic, Thorichthys, Gold Sev, Yoyo Loaches

Basically I took out the females and put them into the 75g because of their size. If the female gold saum becomes an issue in the 150g was thinking could put her in the 75g and then either put the Nic or the Sev into the 150 (or maybe I should do this from the get go? Female Saum into the 75g and keep the Nic and Sev in the 150g?).

What kind of filtration do you have? What sizes are all of the fish? Are the saums a pair?
