help me stock my tank!

i got a 24gal almost done cycling and i need some stocking ideas!

get some angle fish, clown loach, neons, congo teter, bleeding hearts

i already got two black skirt tetras in there im thinking clown loaches but angle fish will nip my black skirts?

o those tetars. angle fish would not bother them. my father use to breed different fish so he use to have a tank with them

anyway i was thinking if this would work:

3 black skirt tetras
2 clown loach
5 neon tetras
would i have room for any more?

clown loaches will get way too big for a 24g, do much better in packs 0f 5 or more, but do grow slow.

so should what sould i get insted of clown loaches? what about austrailian rainbows?
